Graduated from CSUS in May of 2022 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. Worked as a technical consultant for an automation solutions company primarily working with UiPath.
Going all in on cybersecurity as of February 2024.
Primary goal is to grab the neccesary certifcations to obtain a helpdesk technician position to get my foot in the door. I'll then work towards an SOC Anaylst or System Administrator role. From here, I'll develop the necessary skills to make the transition to roles such as security engineer or cloud security engineer.
Long term career goal of mine is to become a sales / solutions engineer for a leading cloud security provider such as Datadog, VMWare, Zscaler, or Palo Alto Networks.
I will regularly update this section to highlight key milestones, completed courses, and hands-on projects as I progress through my cybersecurity learning journey.
As of now, I'm working towards the following certifications: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.
